Traditional Japanese Shotokan Karate
We use traditional methods of training to strengthen the body and spirit, and to develop greater control over the mind. Striving to master techniques produces greater mental and physical awareness, as well as improved confidence and self-esteem.
Monday and Wednesday 5:30PM – 6:30PM.
Saturday 8:30AM – 10:00AM.
$100 per month. Family discounts: 25% discount for second member. 50% discount for third member.
